I use a range of interventions, including humanistic, existential and psychodynamic approaches. I encourage clients to consider their strengths, take an active role in psychotherapy, and practice positive change in their lives.
My approach is active, engaged and optimistic. I believe that everyone is capable of change and finding and developing their best self. My professional strengths include a diverse clinical background, passion for what I do, and a commitment to each person with whom I work.
In addition to helping people solve anxiety, depression and relationship concerns, my special interests include working with people with chronic illness and infertility. The challenge here is how to cope with the physical problems and emotional fallout, and still find a way to live life richly.
