As a therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential. During times when we are overwhelmed or flooded by emotions it can be difficult to find solutions to lifes challenges. We can become frustrated by our tendency to repeat the same patterns over and over. In our therapy we will work toward establishing balance, positive coping skills and new strategies unique to your own strengths and potential. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

supporting teenagers and college-aged students with mood issues, school stresses, relationships, body image and family problems.
I use an interactive and solution-focused approach while holding in mind the importance of early relationships. I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Interpersonal neurobiology, and mindfulness practices.
