For the last 13 years I have worked in an outpatient mental health setting meeting with adults dealing with a wide range of mental health symptoms using a variety of interventions. I am a licensed mental health counselor, a nationally certified counselor, and a CASAC (certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor). I know there are times when everyday life can be challenging and overwhelming. Sometimes we need someone to listen and hear what we have to say in a caring, non-judgmental way.
Together, in a safe therapeutic setting we will identify needs and goals and collaborate to create an action plan. While it is the clients’ who do most all of the work in therapy, I will accompany you on your journey to provide support, encouragement, and whatever resources are needed for growth and for you to reach your desired goals.
