I most often work with clients 18-30 struggling with managing mood disorders such as anxiety/depression, coping with academic and work stress, trying to develop and deepen relationships, and often with those needing treatment for eating disorder behaviors.
I also work with couples, married or unmarried, desiring to resolve conflict and deepen emotional intimacy.
I have specialized in the treatment of eating disorders since 2004. I have attended multiple trainings and keep updated on latest research. I have sat on the board of the local chapter of International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
I am the Past-President of Santa Barbara CAMFT (Calif. Assoc. of Marriage & Family Therapists) 2009-2012
