To this end, I use a variety of techniques including insight oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic therapy and other evidence based approaches to assist people in living the life that they truly desire.
I assist people with a multitude of difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, domestic violence, substance abuse, and a host of other problems and difficulties which people experience. I am a therapist who is a Christian and thus respects people's religious and moral values.
