Hello! Life gets so hectic and stressful at times. It seems everyone has it all together except for you. You have a desire to make changes but aren't sure where to begin. Good news! You already have everything inside of you that you need, and we can work together to bring out those positive qualities and put them to use. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in mental health. I support people with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, bipolar disorders, psychotic symptoms, and PTSD. I have worked extensively with clients from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. I am excited to meet you and hear your story.
My first objective is to provide you with an experience of feeling respected and valued, and to give you personalized time in a nurturing, non-judgmental space. I want to get to know you and collaborate with you to identify your goals. At our first session I will get a little background, hear about what's troubling you, and we can see if we are a good fit.
The eventual outcome is for you to have tools to independently tackle life challenges. I can’t offer you instant solutions because lasting change takes time, but I am someone who is here simply for you with patience and understanding.
