Difficulty managing emotions can have painful consequences for self-esteem and relationships, especially as an emerging adult. Our research-based skills groups are held in a friendly atmosphere where you can openly discuss experiences. You will graduate our groups with a stronger sense of community and skills to decrease suffering. Our group therapy is open to young adults in and around Orange County.

Trauma Survivors Support Group
Led by Dr. Mitchum, this group is based in evidence-based practices and aimed at supporting healing within a non-judgemental community for those who have survived or are currently experiencing trauma or stress. You will learn to improve emotion regulation, decrease self-judgement and repair relationships in the wake of past trauma. Group currently meets Monday evenings via tele-health.
