Instead of withdrawing or repeating the same patterns, reaching out for support can make a big difference. You don't have to go through this alone; you have the ability to heal and transform your life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist, I offer a supportive space where you can express yourself, explore your feelings, and
grow emotionally. I work with people facing a variety of challenges, such as stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, illness, and school-related stress. I also support caregivers, helping them find ways to best support their loved ones while managing their own stress.
Our work together will be uniquely tailored to your needs. I'll use my expertise in psychotherapy to support you, and over time, I'll help you build your own set of tools, including personal insight, mindfulness, self-care, and positive coping strategies. These tools can help you build confidence, improve self-esteem, and enhance your overall well-being.
