I want to help clients improve their lives by developing coping skills relating to anxiety, trauma, depression, self esteem, communication and relationship skills, utilizing cognitive behavioral and EMDR treatments. The coronavirus (COVID-19) disease outbreak is likely to create stress for many of us. Fears and anxiety can be overwhelming. Symptoms may include fear and worry about health and finances; changes in eating, sleeping and alcohol/drug use patterns; difficulty sleeping or concentrating and worsening of chronic health conditions. In compliance with social distancing, I am offering telehealth and telephonic therapy.
Sometimes we feel overwhelmed or helpless. Many times reprocessing the underlying issues or trauma helps to create a pathway to resolving these issues. Additionally, I offer mental coaching for those looking to achieve athletic excellence. I am also a successful competitive athlete in the equine sport of dressage.
