I'm a licensed clinical therapist working with adolescents and adults in individual therapy. I have extensive training in treating perinatal mental health, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I specialize in treating individuals managing relationship difficulties, chronic stress and burnout, perfectionism, parenting, and finding personal balance. I have expertise in helping clients improve self-esteem and navigate change of life events, such as graduating school, job/career changes, breakups, and parenthood status changes. I am here to support you.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for true positive change, and I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help you adjust to major life transitions or manage reactions to past traumatic experiences.
