I am passionate about helping people find meaning, purpose, connection and joy (yes, joy!) in life while facing major health challenges, in particular chronic pain and illness.
My chronic pain workshops were developed after years of working with chronic pain patients. I realized that I was repeating many core principles. My desire with these workshops is to share this information with a broader audience and help more people find relief from the traps of living with chronic pain.
I have been a student of body-mind connections for over 30 years. Prior to becoming a psychologist I also worked as a certified massage therapist and as a doula.
