I mostly work alongside adults of any age. I started Hope Counseling as an avenue to fulfill my dream of helping others heal and fulfill their dreams. I began learning about treating trauma early in my career and have utilized many different therapeutic approaches to support clients through their healing process.
I specialize in treating trauma but utilizing EMDR Therapy as well as Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
