I help people who feel like they are on an emotional rollercoaster in their relationship. Research shows that our happiness in life depends most on having strong connections with the people around us. Unfortunately, things don't always go smoothly. If you're in this situation, you're likely feeling angry, hurt, confused, and frustrated, like you're constantly walking on eggshells. No matter how hard you try, the other person just can't see your point of view, and makes every part of life seem harder. I can help you explore what's really going on, and get you on a path to feeling better.

I have two master's degrees (clinical mental health counseling and communication). I'm trained in a variety of approaches, ranging from EMDR to EFT, CBT, IFS, shadow work, DBT, Gottman, and coherence therapy. I also have 20 years experience teaching college classes and business workshops in conflict communication for tens of thousands of people worldwide.

Relationships can get complicated. It's not uncommon to struggle with the people around us, but there's no reason to suffer alone. I can offer you a non-judgmental space where we'll delve into the most difficult parts, together. We'll get curious about what's happening, and find solutions.
