I am passionately committed to working with couples, families, and individuals of most ages. I have 4+ years of experience working with children and families in the foster care system and the range of effects this has on each family member. It is a privilege to work with couples and families in conflict to keep them together when possible, and mitigate the devastating consequences of divorce when it’s unavoidable. Some of these consequences include: trauma, suicidal thoughts and ideation, anxiety, depression, behavioral, and relational issues (insecurity, instability, and conflict).
My therapeutic approach draws on multiple frameworks and begins with careful listening to your story, your needs. Beyond the use of clinical treatment methods, I offer understanding, warmth, compassion, and acceptance to aide clients individually, in groups, and families to process and overcome your most pressing needs.
