I treat adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I'm trained in EMDR, and I created a new treatment for depression, anxiety, & trauma, called Tholage (formerly called RELEASE), which is under study at multiple universities. It helps people re-train their nervous systems through exercises that release specific neurochemicals in specific ways.
