Grandparent Wisdom Circle
Grandparents raising or actively involved in their grandchild(ren)care are invited to share their wisdom and collect wisdom from others experiencing the challenge of being "parents" again. Children are welcome to play as the adults interact. We meet every other Friday in the FRC at Charter Oak School in West Hartford.

Meditation, breathing exercises, exploring different options of stress relief are some of the paths walked.
