Has overwhelm, anxiety and/or depression, taken over your life? Are you feeling stuck? Are you struggling in your relationships, at work, or feeling negative towards yourself? Have you tried other therapists and struggled to find a good fit? I have specialized training with complex and shock PTSD diagnosis, personality disorder diagnoses, depression, and anxiety. I can also help with management of shock trauma, childhood trauma including trauma bonding, sexual assault, addiction and pervasive feelings of self hate.
I am a trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Neuroaffective Relational Model Master Therapist , Dialectical Behavior Therapy Coach & Team Leader. I also see couples using Emotion Focused Therapy and principles of Internal Family Systems. I also love working with LGBTQIA+, and consensual non-monogomy as a subspecialty. Every person is welcome!
