I have extensive training helping individuals, couples and families overcome issues like low self-esteem, preventing divorce, parent/child conflict and the loss of a loved one. In addition to being a therapist, I am a trained life coach, assisting people to find the right job and mate. A huge majority of my clients report positive, lasting changes in their lives. Creating those changes takes a willingness to take that first step.

I prefer to work with individuals 60 + to help them remain in their community for as long as possible; avoid hospitalizations, have healthy familial relationships and be as financially secure as possible.

I provide psychological services to adults, adolescents and children. As a Registered Play Therapist I allow the child to express feelings in a safe playful environment. I offer individual and group process for adolescent struggling with life challenges. As an experienced Therapist of many years I have worked with children, adolescents and adults who have struggled with issues of abuse, bereavement, divorce, parent/ child-adolescent conflict, ADHD, depression and anxiety.
