I have provided more than 16 years of licensed professional counseling services in the state of PA prior to moving to Delaware in fall of 2021. I have worked with clients of all ages, mostly adolescents and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress and personality disorders. During my career, I taught Family Studies, Child and Human Development and Teen Concerns courses in an urban school district for 23 years, as well. I received my master's degree from Kutztown University in counseling Psychology and my undergraduate degree from Albright College in Reading, PA.

Even small issues, when left unresolved, can overcome and entangle many aspects of one's life and wellbeing. Chris has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. Her experience providing psychotherapy includes working with individuals, couples, and families. She has worked as a hospice social worker and bereavement counselor, and has proficiency working with grief and loss, including anticipatory and complicated grief.
