These challenges include depression, anxiety ,adults working through childhood sexual abuse traumas, work/life balance and other life challenges. My mission is to help clients help themselves, adapt to the process of change, transition and recovery by engaging in a Client Centered Therapeutic Process. This process is meant to encourage client self awareness, acknowledgement of personal value, exploration of thoughts, feeling, beliefs and behaviors impacting client lives in the here and now.
