After prioritizing building a trusting therapeutic relationship, I use a holistic blend of skills I’ve learned from trauma-informed practices, somatic and experiential therapies, EMDR, and/or DBT to establish a supportive space for my clients to explore their feelings and vulnerabilities so that they can learn new ways of coping to make meaningful changes.
