My therapeutic technique is guided by my life experiences and professional background, making it possible to strengthen your mental resilience and find inner peace, regardless of the challenges you face. My approach works best for adults and college students dealing with mental or relationship issues.
Since 2016, I shifted from working with adults in diverse environments to aiding teenagers in the criminal justice system. This challenging yet rewarding path was inspired by my prior vocation in hospice care, where I discovered my passion for assisting in grief management and life transitions.
After losing my mother to ovarian cancer in 2019, I've experienced deep personal grief. Now, in my therapeutic practice, I'm committed to helping others find resilience amidst hardship.
