I have been in the field of mental health & addictions treatment for 10+ years with experience in working with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, stress, grief/loss, addiction, and mood disorders.
I take a person-centered approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are at. I offer perspectives and insights to assist clients gain a better understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their overall experiences.
