I've primarily been helping girls/women in NYC for the past 30 years understand their symptoms, increase their self-esteem, and begin to live their life confidently.
Many teens and young adults struggle with anxiety and depression. The pressures of school, family, work, and navigating life can often lead to anxiety or depression.
