I am now offering online video sessions to clients in Hawaii and New York.
Since COVID-19 pandemic I have been offering online video sessions. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR; I am a certified EMDR therapist. EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a form of therapy that helps clients to heal trauma or other distressing events that can block their progress in life.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, in Hawaii and New York, with over 21 years of psychotherapy experience working with people facing a variety of issues. Before moving to Hawaii in 2019 I was in private practice in NY. I understand the importance for people to have a safe and supportive space where they can freely discuss their fears and hope.
