I value supporting each client with where they are and working with them through any issues that they encounter during their life journey. I utilize clinical modalities from at least five clinical pillars when conducting sessions: Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused CBT, Psychoeducation, and Crisis Stabilization. My goal is to ensure each client experiences progress and change, as they define it.
