As a trauma trained therapist, I offer a wholistic approach to therapy emphasizing a body, mind, soul and spirit focus. Experts agree that trauma can stay trapped wihin the body causing issues, while negative patterns of thinking and responding can create unhealthy, frustrating, stuck places. EMDR is a proven method which addresses all of these areas together. In addition, I work with clients who express an interest exploring a faith based perspective for healing.
