Welcome to my practice. I have been helping people of all ages who are struggling with a variety of life's challenges ranging from general stress, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, to the aftermath of severe traumas. I understand that often times the decision to enter therapy and to share the experience of pain and stress can be extraordinarily challenging. I consider my style to be warm, gentle and highly supportive, helping clients identify their strengths and resources as we work together toward your healing.
I have expertise using specialized techniques including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, AEDP, and Sensorimotor therapies which are geared toward promoting growth and fostering a greater sense of clarity and wellbeing.
