My journey into helping others was ignited by my own tragedy and experiencing first hand the lack of adequate mental health support. Since then it has become my passion and purpose to provide missing support and foster an environment where individuals can draw strength from their past experiences coupled with new skills to keep moving forward and experience a complete and peaceful life.
I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex grief with kids, teens and adults. Together we will concentrate on restructuring thought patterns, delve into past experiences blocking you from moving ahead, and identify your ability to effectively problem-solve for the future.
