I work with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma; I have considerable training & experience working with survivors of sexual abuse/assault. I help clients learn to differentiate their emotions from their thoughts, beliefs & values so as to empower them to create space between these elements to better identify their needs and heal.
Starting therapy can be hard and many fear online therapy will not be as effective as in-person; this is understandable as it might be unfamiliar.
