With a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and extensive experience in the medical field, including Emergency Medical Services (EMS), a deep understanding has been developed of the complex challenges individuals face in both their personal and professional lives. My therapeutic approach is integrative, utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
