Dr. Dawn Harbin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina who has been practicing since 2007. She received her Doctorate in Philosophy with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from Walden University, her Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Resources from Anderson University. Dr. Harbin offers clients hope, understanding, comfort, and the ability to let them explain what they need without them feeling she is nit picking or overwhelming to them.
They need to know also that life can get better, and they are the ones who hold the power to make changes. Dr. Harbin has much experience to bring to the table to include the homeless population.
Outside of work, Dr. Harbin enjoys reading, sewing (giving back to the community through the Cinderella Project, Project Linus, holiday decorating (especially Halloween), cooking and baking, charity work; Project Linus, mentoring high school students, and working in her yard.
