My approach is integrative which means I draw from more than one psychological theory. While I am trained in a number of therapeutic methods, the specific techniques used in therapy, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are now and to support you in getting to where you want to be.
I primarily work with individuals who are facing any of the following challenges: life transitions; trauma; anxiety/phobias; and/or grief/loss. I also work with adults who may feel stuck or empty despite the attaintment of goals or success in their life.
