My goal is to provide compassionate and professional counseling services to my clients. I provide therapy to individuals, children, couples, and families for a variety of issues. I have experience with trauma and am trained in EMDR therapy. I have utilized EMDR with men, women and children. I also have experience using multiple theories with women, children, men, couples, and families in a private practice setting or via telehealth. Along with EMDR, I utilize an eclectic approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Utilizing EMDR, we can work together to quickly process through trauma that may be affecting your daily life. EMDR is a proven treatment for all different types of trauma, including combat PTSD, sexual assault, psychological and physical abuse, and traumatic loss. It has also proven effective with depression and anxiety.
