I believe that everyone deserves to live a life that makes them excited to wake up in the morning. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and trauma develop self-compassion and inner strength to overcome and even embrace life's challenges.
As a clinical social worker and therapist, I have worked with survivors of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and childhood trauma. I enjoy building genuine connection with my clients to help them believe again. Together, we can address the fears that are holding you back and create a roadmap for a healthy, fulfilling life worth living.
