I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, couples, individuals and families. We have all experienced difficult times in our life. Every person and family is unique. I believe the therapy process needs to adapt to fit every client. Working together we can move forward on a path toward self-awareness, joy and a fulfilling life.
Things can get better. I provide a safe place for processing the past and building for the future. I can help you increase your coping skills, and find more joy in each day. I use a variety of techniques and share tools to collaborate with clients toward meeting counseling goals.
My specialties include relationship and interpersonal issues, self-esteem, grief/loss, helping teens through life challenges, parent/child conflict, anxiety and depression.
