I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the profession of helping people in various settings. I help individuals develop coping skills to manage life’s many challenges (stress, depression, grief, trauma, domestic violence, relationships, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss).
A person- centered and trauma informed approach during the therapeutic process is critical to each individual. I am receptive and sensitive to their unique experiences and background to best understand their need and perspective.
