We all want to be seen and heard. As a therapist, I thoroughly enjoy building nurturing and therapeutic relationships with my clients. Providing a safe space for adults and couple's to discover their truth and authenticity. Helping people move through deep programing of guilt and shame. We live in challenging times where balance and harmony with oneself and our world can be difficult to master. This results in depression, anxiety and self-doubt. By identifying the false stories we tell ourselves and patterns that no longer suite us, meaningful work can be done to create new stories and healthier coping with emotional resilience.
I am trained in EMDR and trauma informed. I use IFS, Gottman mindfulness, self-compassion practice, CBT, Attachment Theory as well as Polyvagal Theory. As a sex and relationship therapist I specialize in generalized anxiety and OCD as well as sexual anxiety and dysfunction, internalized bi/homophobia, non-monogamy, BDSM/Kink. I am sex worker affirming.
I operate from a place of non-judgment and providing a safe space to explore what “being your authentic self” means for you. It is my goal to develop a therapeutic relationship with you in a safe space where we can have the difficult conversations necessary to help you meet your personal goals.
