Therapy is a great way to explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are preventing you from having the best life possible. I have an informal approach in which we work together on techniques such as mindfulness, Identifying your thoughts and emotions and changing behaviors that are causing you distress. I am a licensed professional counselor. My specialties include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, Adjustment issues, and more. During sessions, we will explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. My hope is to help you achieve a better quality of life and reach your full potential.
I use a variety of techniques to help each client achieve their goals. I work with each individual offering supportive collaboration through the therapeutic process to assist them in finding ways of meeting their needs and reaching their goals by using reality therapy techniques as well other evidenced based practices.
I bring my own style, personality, experiences, and specialties for a comfortable and yet different experience in counselling. I offer sessions with tweens, teens and adults as well as couples and families. I also offer some afternoon and evening appointments.
