I am a social worker with nearly 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with varying issues from everyday stressors to complex mental health challenges, and I would be delighted to serve you on your journey towards healing.
I utilize an individualized treatment approach, combining aspects of multiple treatment modalities to provide you with a unique therapeutic experience best suited for your needs. I specialize in supporting BIPOC teens & young adult women who have experienced trauma, depression & anxiety to overcome obstacles & live lives full of joy, love, peace, & hope.
