I help individuals and couples experiencing: feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, or depression; a sense of sadness or hopelessness; infidelity, feeling overwhelmed or stressed; difficulty with motivation; or concerns about relationships with friends, family. Including: co-dependency; adolescent behaviors and problems; communication skills; or, even just feeling that something is wrong and not being able to define it.
My approach to counseling is Solution Focused and you will often times receive various homework from me that are appropriate for your situation. When not counseling, I parent & homeschool my two tweens and enjoy family camping trips, reading books, playing & listening to music, swimming, and kickboxing.
