I am influenced by attachment theory and work from a strengths-based framework. I have experience working with trauma. My style is genuine, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the core of resolving issues, therefore, it is important that you feel seen and understood.
While I am trained in EMDR, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and somatic therapies and have a history of working with trauma, I am always learning with my clients. I work from a place of humility, curiosity, and authenticity.
