Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and (REBT) are evidence based practices and scientifically proven to be the most effective treatment for anxiety. Through my humanistic, solution oriented, and practical approach people learn how to reduce their anxiety, improve their mental health, challenge themselves, and upon graduation continue to adapt to life's ongoing challenges with a positive sense of self.
