My goal is to create space for you to bring all that you are, and to be recognized, respected, and received.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, with an emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment, and I am EMDR trained. I tailor my approach to each client based on your needs and the reasons you are coming to therapy. As a Christian and therapist, I am happy to incorporate faith into our work to the extent and in ways that are meaningful to you.
