I’ll invite you to share anything you’d like to, while making sure that you stay in control of your own treatment You will never be pushed into talking about subjects you’d rather not uncover. Nothing is off limits unless you want it to be, including trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, death of a loved one, or anything else.
All of my services are private pay only. The upside of this is not having insurance involved gives us the freedom to shape your treatment in whatever way works best for you. This is also ideal for high deductible insurance plans that would require out of packet pay anyhow. All of my sessions are conducted remotely, and I offer night and weekend appointments.
One of the most helpful things we can do for ourselves when we’re struggling is to sit down and talk with someone who understands what’s going on in our brains.
