I have vast experience working with families and an intimate understanding of the the treatment landscape. I am trained in CBT, DBT, REBT, and am certified in anger management (CAMS-II).

As the former Clinical Director of a nationally renowned behavioral health treatment center, I have deep understanding of the underlying issues that lead individuals towards self destructive and self defeating behaviors as well as the techniques needed to help clients find the path back to a place of fulfillment and pride.

Therapy can and should be uncomfortable and challenging at times, all in the service of helping you feel proud of who you are and where you are going.
