Pursuing help is not always an easy step to take. Friends are important, but certain things should be handled with a caring professional who will work to understand each person's situation. Whether your life is stressed, you've had a recent loss, your mood has sunk, or you feel unfulfilled, I believe that I could help you. A good therapist will listen empathically, help clients share, provide feedback, and talk with clients about solutions to life's challenges.
