I help individuals, couples, families, and teens develop a balanced mindset that allows faster progress through challenges, to a deeper understanding of self and others. I work collaboratively with my clients to nurture curiosity and process thoughts and feelings at the client's self-determined pace. For me, therapy is exceptionally helpful for uncovering our identity, healing past our wounds and fortifying our capacity to live more fully.
I have experience working with trauma, I am committed to teaching r, I am especially motivated to provide support to youth, and I have spent much of my life supporting traumatized adolescents. I am also a diplomatic referee and coach to couples and families. My therapeutic approach is guided by CBT, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Spiritual Psychology
