As an Interpersonal therapist I embrace an eclectic use of modalities, such as person centered, cognitive & dialectical behavioral, acceptance commitment, narrative, existential, family systems, with a trauma informed/recovery model approach. I use an ecological & systems perspective to assist in developing a deeper understanding of ourselves & our social environment.
