Currently full. I focus on young adults to seniors struggling with self-image, anxiety, and feelings of depression. Getting started with therapy can be an anxiety provoking experience (are you stressed right now combing through therapists' profiles? - very common!) but if showing up is half the battle, you're already on your way. My experience has spanned across college counseling centers, non-profits, the veteran population, and inpatient psychology units.
My therapeutic approach isn't based on trends and is tailored to you. I pull from concepts connected to rational emotive therapy- a type of cognitive approach- with influences from interpersonal therapy and strengths based models
